Quality guarantee

The responsibility to maintain quality standards is borne at every level of the organisation. The foundation for this approach lies in thorough preparation and the use of the latest technological developments. This allows us to comply with the highest quality requirements and to guarantee the promised delivery date.

After each phase of production, a quality check is carried out by quality engineers in order to be sure that each component complies with the specifications in the end. Prior to the assembly of the components, a general inspection and a quality check are carried out. After validation of the tool, the die-cut product is supplied with a test report, including Cpk values. In addition, spare parts are also supplied with a test report. Our metrological department is equipped with extremely modern measuring equipment (including 3 Zeiss machines), which allows us to carry out measurements to the nearest micrometre.
